Like, she showed up at the BET Awards wearing this massive pink feather dress, and people were all like, “Is she hiding a baby bump?” But even with all the talk, she didn’t say a word about it. No mention of being pregnant or starting a family—nothing.
So fast forward almost two years, and boom! The 35-year-old singer surprised everyone by showing off her kid. Yep, turns out she was totally pregnant back in 2022, and now she’s finally letting everyone know.
In August 2024, she revealed her child after this super sweet performance of her song “Made for Me.” Fans were flipping out when they saw her holding her son on stage because, like, no one even knew she had a kid!

Muni Long and her husband, Raysean Hairston, are seriously good at keeping their personal life private. They’ve been married since 2014, and it’s obvious they wanted to keep this whole pregnancy thing under wraps. At the 2023 Grammy Awards, where Muni Long won Best R&B Performance for “Hrs & Hrs,” Raysean was there helping her out with her pink dress. At the time, people thought he was just fixing it, but now it’s pretty clear he was making sure her pregnancy stayed a secret.
These two hardly post anything about their personal life on social media either. Muni Long went almost a year without posting on Instagram—from September 2022 to July 2023. She was probably pregnant during that time and didn’t want to share any pics.
Even after having her baby, she didn’t post any photos of the little guy until 2024. On August 9, 2024, she finally put up a bunch of pics of her singing on stage. In one of them, she’s playing with her son, but his face is hidden. That’s the only time she’s posted anything about him. The rest of her Instagram is just her doing her music thing, and there’s not a single pic of her husband either.
