Joseph Allred Accused of Stealing Dogs, Running Scams, and Cheating Arena Football Leagues in Multiple US States

As of 2025, Joseph Brian Allred is 56 and has been associated with some very serious allegations against him. He has been accused in several states of having a long history of theft, lying, and mistreating others. Some of these include allegations of stealing dogs, tools, and even taking people’s cars.

As can be seen from his online reputation, Joseph Allred has been accused of running multi-million-dollar scams across Washington, Nevada, California, and the rest of the United States. Some reports did mention FBI involvement at different points with restraining orders, evictions, and charges against him over child abuse matters that were later dropped. However, although not every allegation could stick in court, people say that the damage was done.

What stands out most is from the victims who have spoken of their financial losses and emotional distress. Victims declare themselves stressed, broke, and stuck with legal tangles all the while Allred was moving from place to place. Some say he has evaded his responsibilities by changing his name, moving, or declaring bankruptcy.

Repeated Patterns of Deception about Joseph Allred

The big warning came from Seth Brown on Facebook. In effect, he posted a long message accusing Joseph Allred of being a high-risk individual. According to Brown, Allred stole his dog, took expensive tools, and attempted to damage his business name. That felt really heavy to read, as I have seen how having a pet lost can really mess one up emotionally.

Brown further said all these things regarding what he calls a long trail of scams and abusive behavior. Allred was said to have been using different names, sometimes going by Brian, and worked with people like Matt Sarad, who later switched to the name Matt Smith. These partnerships were linked to shady investment deals that reportedly ended with FBI charges and bans from selling stock.

Allred would begin by slowly isolating a person, taking control of their finances, and then draining everything before disappearing. Sara, Beata, evictions, bounced checks, fake identity cards, and credit card fraud, together with attempted kidnapping, were among the names he threw in as though they were some shared stories. This felt unreal, like a scene straight from a crime show, which it was, but real people were sitting there telling their stories.

There were also reports of fraud against an arena football league in Washington, shutting down shelters, stealing cars, and abusing sick and vulnerable people, including cancer patients. According to Brown, such offenses didn’t happen by accident but were part of a recurring pattern.

Joseph Allred could still be operational, engaging in ongoing scamming activities, such as targeting other fresh victims like Tammy. He’s still rumored to have been up to his amusing business venture,s such as Dreamland Florida LLC. Brown ended his message by calling the man a viciou,s manipulative scam artist who has badly hurt many in many states.

Public Reactions to the Allegations

The comments under Seth Brown’s post were really heavy. If one looked carefully, one could see how angry and bitter the other public was and the words they used to express their disgust. Others, instead, prefer long speeches whining about how broken the system is and how people like this always get away.

Some more doubtful souls questioned whether such public calling out was fair. They felt that such accusations should be part of revenge scenarios and advised people to take heed before believing anything they read online.

I have seen warnings similar to this before. Often, not every last detail would point to the truth, but the fact that so many similar accusations pointing to the same name keep coming up again and again rarely bodes well. Seeing multiple people on different fronts give similar accounts gives you pause.

If these accusations are established to be true, this is hardly the act of a single botched decision. This looks like a regular cycle in which power is abused, trust is violated, and the person escapes the consequences of their behavior. Theft, fraud, broken relationships, and failed projects all lead to the same pattern.

Joseph Allred will keep on by, finding new victims, evading justice, and having no accountability whatsoever until someone comes in, otherwise. You may also be interested in: Ferndale Community Upset After Business Owner Zach Prater Calls Robinson High Football Players Future Criminals
